A simple social media content workflow
Build a repeatable content process around your customer, your offer and one useful next step.

Start with one real question
Choose something your audience actually asks. “How do I choose the right package?” is a more useful starting point than a vague request to post more often. Write the question in the customer’s own words.
Give the post one job
Decide whether this post should teach, explain an offer or invite a conversation. Combining too many goals can bury the useful point. For an educational carousel, one clear lesson and one relevant next step are enough.
Build a small content outline
Start with the question, explain the idea, give a concrete example and finish with a next step. A template helps with structure, but your examples should come from your actual work. Never invent customer outcomes to make a layout look complete.
Adapt a template to your brand
Use your own colours, type, imagery and tone. Check text contrast, mobile readability and whether the important point is visible without zooming. A template is the starting layout; the meaning still comes from you.
Review before publishing
Read the post aloud. Check names, dates, prices, permissions and claims. Preview the content in the size your audience will see. Keep a simple record of what you published and the question it answered.
Improve from useful feedback
Look beyond likes. Note whether the post generated relevant questions, visits or conversations. Use that feedback to improve the next version instead of changing every element at once.
